March Workshops 2014

The towns of Longreach, Tambo and Blackall have been a hive of activity over the past week, with the first round of Shockwave Workshops for 2015 taking place. A fun time was had by all with an amazing turnout of young people attending 20 workshops from the 20th to the 27th of March. Longreach, Tambo and Blackall held workshops that were crammed with group performances, music, rag rug making, movie making, hip hop classes, storytelling and photography. Hypercolour 2014

HYPERCOLOUR is an exhibition featuring artworks created by young people from the Central West who have attended Shockwave Workshops from 2013 to 2014. Exhibition Opening Event FRIDAY 21st NOVEMBER Starting at 5:15pm to 6:30pm Outback Regional Gallery Waltzing Matilda Centre Generation Next Hypercolour will run from Friday 21st November until Thursday 6 March 2015.
